Project details

Nestled in the heart of ceremonial London, 25 Buckingham Gate is poised to redefine luxury living with its exquisite residential development comprising twenty-three opulent apartments.

The architectural marvel stands tall with eight above-ground storeys, culminating in a breathtaking glass triplex apartment crowning the top three levels. Delving beneath the surface, a meticulously designed three-storey basement adds depth and functionality. At ground level, the interplay of transfer beams and walls seamlessly transforms the residential column grid into a strategically organised car parking grid.

Situated on a generous plot within the charming Westminster, the location is characterised by narrow Victorian and Queen Anne-style buildings. Positioned within the esteemed Birdcage Walk Conservation Area, the new structure is thoughtfully crafted to provide a contemporary masterpiece that harmoniously integrates with the well-established streetscape.

This visionary project replaces an existing office building from the interwar period, bringing forth a thoughtful and modern architectural approach. Currently, our focus is on the second floor for the reinforced concrete frame, with concurrent efforts in progress for waterproofing and blockwork at the basement levels.

Stay tuned as we continue to shape this landmark development.
