Project details

The buildings have lain empty for many years and, during this time, they’ve fallen into a state of severe dilapidation and partial collapse — designated a dangerous structure.

Scope of works

Deconstruct, with considerable expertise in this area, were engaged to carry out works to make the building safe ahead of planned construction activities which included the removal of the roofs and all internal structures down to the basement whilst progressively installing a bespoke temporary works system to retain the façades on all four sides and provide support to the party wall of the adjoining structure 727 Old Kent Road.
