Restricted access piling
Our piling specialties
Piling construction in high density urban areas such as central London is characterised by complex accessibility challenges. Piling foundation companies must not only tackle general access complications, but also significant constraining factors such as headroom. For this reason, Deconstruct have invested in a fleet of highly specialised restricted access piling rigs.
With equipment that enables us to work within headroom heights of as little as 2.7 metres, new piles can even be constructed in subterranean spaces and basement areas. This enables us to work effectively on cut and carve schemes that require additional load to be added to the completed structure.
