With an impressive track record of creating vast subterranean spaces beneath existing structures, we’re specialists in the efficient design and delivery of sub-structure temporary works, extensive deep underpinning and restricted access piling, often as key components of wider structural alteration or deconstruction schemes.
Basements
Our hugely experienced in-house team leverage extensive subterranean and groundworks capabilities to create complex basement structures in both restricted access and open cut environments. These capabilities include all aspects of the substructure of a building, including the significant temporary works required for multi-level basement construction. Our end-to-end service encompasses the procurement of all of the permissions and approvals necessary for the construction and associated temporary works for basements adjacent to highways.
Available as part of a wider enabling works programme, or as a standalone project, we provide a flexible and versatile basement construction capability, tailor-made to client needs.
Temporary substructure works
Below ground construction requires the design, fabrication and timely installation and removal of all appropriate temporary works. At Deconstruct, our dedicated in-house construction engineering department are highly experienced in the delivery of effective temporary works solutions, delivering a complete, end-to-end service.
Reduced level dig
Available as part of a complete, integrated service delivery, or simply up to new formation level in readiness for handover to an incoming contractor, Deconstruct’s reduced level dig capabilities are delivered by a vastly experienced and efficient in-house team.
Groundworks
As an accomplished groundworks company, Deconstruct can offer comprehensive groundworks solutions as part of a wider basement project, or on a standalone basis.
